Shipping policy

• All orders that get placed through our website take roughly 3-5 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). The notifications you receive during this process include the order confirmation email, when your order has been shipped, and when the package has arrived.

• Production time is determined by the creation, quality inspection, and packaging of your garment. Total production time from when your garment is ordered to the moment it arrives at your doorstep takes roughly 3-5 weeks.

• After you've placed an order for fabric samples, we will send them to you by post within a week after your payment and expect another additional week for shipping within India and up to 10-15 days for shipping to orders outside India.

• Delivery is performed by our delivery partners. When the order's in the carriers' hands, they are responsible for it. The delivery time could be different due to external factors e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, accidents, or adverse travel circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, errors in the shipping information, legal procedures (MVA), holidays, etc.).

• Payment can be made using various methods like UPI, Credit, and Debit cards. Once you have completed the purchase and made the payment the order will go into production.

• Once you ordered products from our website and once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

• If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 108tymwebsite@gmail.com or +91 8884840108 with your name and order number and we'll assist you.

• In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 108tymwebsite@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

• Orders below 3000 INR will cost a flat rate of only 100 INR to ship (regardless of product quantity). Shipping is free on orders above 3000 INR.

• Fabric samples are free of cost, and just include a base shipping fee
