Alteration policy:

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

There is no return policy as each piece is customized and made to order. Products that are on sale are not subject to return or refund. However, alterations are possible but will be chargeable.

A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

Manufacturing Fault

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at 108TYM, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two week’s time. 

Note: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of merchandise.

Alterations

If you have placed an order with customized size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at  wecare@108tym.com in case of a sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange, you can either call our number 9590359750 or Email us at  wecare@108tym.com within 2 days from the date of delivery. Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. www.108tym.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Countrymade will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

Note: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Garment Care:

 

Below are some tips that we strongly recommend to prolong the life span and wear ability of your custom-made suit.

Storing your coat and trousers correctly directly relates to how they perform. It is important to hang them with ample space between so they can breathe, release moisture, and recover. Not wearing them multiple days in a row will also aid in the recovery process.

When correctly storing your sportcoats and trousers, be sure to use quality hangers such as cedarwood. These will help maintain the shape and integrity of each garment while warding off moisture accumulation and moths. To further reduce stress on garment seams, store all sportcoats unbuttoned and trousers unzipped.

Just as we suggest dry cleaning for our shirts, we also suggest it more than once a year for our jackets and only slightly more frequently for trousers since they can show wear more readily. If you feel you must use a dry cleaner, be sure to do your research and find a reputable one whom you can trust. We recommend that you wash cotton trousers in cold water and hang to dry. For wrinkled garments, we suggest having them pressed instead of dry cleaned. You can maintain cleanliness of the products by routinely cleaning them with a clothing brush to remove dust and debris.

 

 

3.Shipping Policy:

 

We ship worldwide from our Bangalore office via reputed courier partners and shipping is free within India. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. www.108tym.com is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Once your item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. www.108tym.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. 108TYM reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), 108TYM  has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person-specific. 

Order Processing Time

We usually take 2-3 working weeks to process an order. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request.
